All orders are processed by PayPal for secure credit card payments. You don't need a PayPal account to use it; simply select the "pay by credit card" option in the lower left corner.

As stated above, all orders are processed by PayPal. Sorry, NO CHECKS!!! I will, however, accept cashiers' checks or money orders if necessary. The item ordered will ship upon receipt of payment, but make sure you email me so I can set the item aside for you!
While I wouldn't recommend sending cash through the mail, you're welcome to try. No counterfeit bills, please!
If you'd like, you can also buy directly from a store location for cash or credit card transactions without having to worry about shipping.

Standard 5-7 day ground shipping and handling costs are free for orders inside the continental U.S. except where noted for some items. International orders are subject to additional fees. Express shipping is available, but it'll cost ya'.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item and approved via email.
All work is done by hand and some variation in bead size or silver polish is to be expected, but I don't post anything that doesn't meet my perfectionist standards. I guarantee my work to be free of design flaws (i.e. loose crimps, cracked stones, and so on). If you are dissatisfied with the workmanship, send me an email notifying me of your intent to return the item. A full refund will be issued once I receive the approved return.
I also understand that sometimes we order something that doesn't quite live up to our expectations or just doesn't look right. You're entitled to change your mind, but you must notify me immediately. If the item purchased is intended as a gift and not well-received, that's okay, too. Just drop me an email within the allotted time.
